Invisible creatures - make contact with these beings of nature who are real and who can see you

Nature is inhabited by a host of creatures that are invisible to us, and that are known by different names according to the countries, regions or elements in which they live. When you go into a forest, for example, you should be conscious of the presence of all the very real and active beings who live there and who can see you. Try to make contact with them and even speak to them to show how much you appreciate their work. You could go up to a tree and say to it: ‘How beautiful you are! And how powerful, resilient and solid! Ah, if only I could have your strength and resilience too. Please tell all the other trees in the forest that they are magnificent and that I love them. Greet them all on my behalf, and give them a kiss from me.’ Then hug the tree, which will pass on your love to the whole forest. Thus, as you continue on your way, many of the beings living in the trees will come out to look at you. They are filled with wonder and will dance around you as you pass by, and when you return home you will be happy, feeling that you have tasted true life.
