Cosmic light - draw it into yourself and then send it out to help all human beings
Light is everywhere in space and permeates everything that exists. Human beings cannot see it or feel it, because they are not yet sufficiently developed spiritually to be able to perceive such a subtle reality. But if you concentrate often on cosmic light, you will refine your perceptions to such a degree that, not only will you begin to sense its presence, but you will also draw it into yourself, and it will work within you. So, during our moments of meditation together, get into the habit of concentrating on this heavenly light in order to attract it and draw it into yourself. Little by little it will replace the sickly, worn-out particles of your body with new, purer particles. And once you have succeeded in drawing this light into yourself, you must learn to send it out to the rest of the world, for the benefit of all human beings.
