True organization is spiritual - it imbues the physical organization with strength and life

Human beings are always trying to find the ideal model on which to organize society, but they will never find it here on earth. To discover such a model, they must look to a place where this perfect organization reigns: the sun. Not the physical sun, of course, but the world of harmony, purity and light that it symbolizes. True organization is not only external. Certainly, good external organization is necessary, but its power is limited, and it is even useless if there is no spirit to give it life. Take human beings, for example, with their limbs, organs, and all their systems: respiratory, digestive, circulatory, nervous, and so on―what an extraordinary organization. But why is it that people are still so weak and vulnerable, despite this wonderful organization? Because it is simply not enough. Another superior, spiritual organization is needed to penetrate the physical system and imbue it with strength and life.
